How Can I Make a Product Exchange or Cancellation?

You can easily return the product you purchased within 14 days from the day you receive it from the courier, by contacting our khejorganics.com Customer Support Line, without paying a shipping fee, and under the return conditions.

For orders where an invoice has been issued and the product has been shipped, no cancellation or exchange can be made. When the package reaches you, you can create a return/exchange request under the return conditions, or if you prefer, you can refuse to accept the package and send it back unopened.

Once the product reaches us, your refund or exchange will be processed according to your request.

Note: According to Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the seller is obliged to refund all payments within 14 days, provided that the return conditions are met, from the date the consumer's withdrawal notice is received. Requests for returns beyond 14 days cannot be processed.

  • The purchased product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.

One type of product where the right of withdrawal is not valid is 'Products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene once their packaging, tape, seal, or protective elements have been opened after delivery.' (e.g., epilators, razors, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, etc.)

If the products are returned used, worn, or washed, we may have to send them back to you, and no refund will be issued.

For electronic and fuel-powered products, if the product shows a defect after opening the box and being used once, an exchange/refund can be made with a service report. The cause of the defect (user error or factory defect) must be determined. The transaction will be processed with a 'Return/Exchange Suitable' report from the authorized service.

The return process for products is as follows:

  • Once the product reaches us, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions.
  • If the product meets the return conditions, the return process will be completed within 2-7 days.
  • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

Refund Process:


  • If the product meets the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 2-7 days.
  • Once your cancellation or return is complete, a notification email will be sent to your membership email address.
  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your card depends on your bank. For credit card payments, it usually reflects within a few days. For bank card payments, the refund may take longer to appear in your account.
  • If you made a purchase in installments, the amount will be refunded to the bank in one installment. The bank will refund this amount to your credit card in monthly installments. For example, if you made a 3-installment purchase, the refund will be completed in 3 months.

What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving My Order?

When your order is delivered, you should open and check the package in the presence of the courier. Even if there is no problem with the packaging, your inspection is important.

If there is damage to the box, you must have the courier prepare a Damage Assessment Report, or if there is no damage to the box but the product is damaged, you must have a Condition Assessment Report prepared.

You can return it to us within 14 business days along with this report. Don't forget to include the photo of the report in your return request.

You must send the product and the original of the report to us using the free return shipping code we provide.

For products that require installation by an authorized service, if a problem arises after installation, you can either contact the authorized service directly or notify us by having a 'Service Report' prepared.

Missing / Incorrect Delivery

We kindly ask you to first check if the relevant accessory/part is included in the product you purchased.

If you believe a part is missing, you should contact our Customer Support Line.

If a missing part/accessory is noticed during the installation by the authorized service, you must have a service report prepared indicating the missing part.

Refund:

After the return process is completed, the refund will be made to your credit card/bank account within 24 hours. The time for the payment to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.

For products purchased with Shopping Credit, the standard procedure applies.

If your product is canceled/returned, the product amount will be refunded to the account you provided on khejorganics.com.

When a loan-financed order is canceled/returned, your loan is not automatically closed. After the product is canceled/returned, if you wish to withdraw from the loan, you must contact the bank individually. You will be responsible for any interest accrued from the order date to the loan closure date.
